Vi gick för motor till närbelägna Porto Azzurro på Elba. Här ankrade vi och skulle vänta på att den sydliga vinden skulle avta. Det tog längre än vi tänkt oss. Snart började det blåsa lite hårdare. Tänkte då gå in i marinan och mysa. När vi ringde hamnkaptenen fick vi höra att det var "completo". Vi fick stanna i vår naturhamn och vet nu att vårt ankare håller bra i alla fall i måttliga vindar.
We went by engine to Porto Azzurro on Elba. We anchored and was waiting for the southerlies to end. It lasted longer than we expected. Soon we had stronger winds. We were about to go into the marina to wait it out. When we called the harbourmaster he told us that it was "completo" We had to stay in our lagoon and now we know that our anchor is good enough at least in moderate winds.
