Då var solpanelerna äntligen på plats. Jag trodde inte mina ögon då gubben som lovat svetsa targabågen dök upp i tid precis som avtalat. Jag hann precis skruva fast panelerna på bågen innan solen gick ner. Annars har det varit bråda dagar här nere. Jag har sandpapprat botten så att giftfärgen ska fästa bättre, jag har monterat in nya batterier, tvättat färskvattentanken, tvättat och vaxat skrovet och sittbrunnen, fört och hämtat gasflaska, brandsläckare och vattenpump och pynjat med tusen olika grejer. Första dagen fick jag sy vår gästflagga som rivits sönder av den hårda blåsten. Ett riktigt arbetsläger här nere.. Jag har inte hunnit dricka en enda ouzo sedan jag kom hit men nu ska det bli ändring på det. Yamas!The solar panels are finally assembled. I could not believe my eyes when the man who promised to weld the rollbar showed up on time. I just had time to fix the panels onto the bar before the sun set. It has been some busy days down here. I have sanded the bottom so that the antifouling should stick better, I have exchanged the batteries, washed the water tank, cleaned and polished the hull and the cocpit, I have been running around town with gas bottles, fire extinguishers and our waterpump and I have been busy with a thousand different things. The first day I had to repair our guestflag that had been thorn from strong winds. It´s all hard work down here.. I have not had time to have a single ouzo since I came here but now I will put an end to that. Yamas!
